Shipping policy

1. Nationwide Delivery

Ghosn Trading delivers to all accessible regions across Lebanon. Whether you are in Beirut, Tripoli, Saida, or the Bekaa, we bring our 7,000+ products directly to your doorstep or construction site.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Greater Beirut: 24 to 48 hours.

  • Other Regions: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Note: Orders placed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

3. Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the total weight/size of your order:

  • Standard Delivery: Flat fee for small tools, electrical supplies, and hardware.

  • Heavy/Bulky Goods: For building materials, large solar batteries, or water tanks, additional specialized transport fees may apply. You will be contacted by our logistics team for a quote before dispatch.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments

  • Payment is collected in Cash upon arrival.

  • We accept USD and LBP.

  • Important: LBP payments are calculated based on the market exchange rate at the time of delivery confirmation.

5. Order Confirmation

To ensure a smooth delivery, every order requires a WhatsApp or Phone confirmation. A member of the Ghosn Trading team will contact you shortly after you place your order to verify:

  1. Item availability.

  2. Total cost (including shipping).

  3. Precise delivery location (GPS pin).

6. Inspection & Receipt

We encourage customers to inspect their items upon delivery.

  • For Building Materials and Sanitary ware, please ensure no damage occurred during transit before the driver leaves.

  • If an item is damaged or incorrect, please notify the driver immediately and contact our support line.

7. Delivery Limitations

While we strive for 100% coverage, delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may be subject to the availability of our courier partners. In such cases, we may request a meeting point at the nearest accessible town.
